Lindsay Foye has more than fifteen years of experience in civil litigation. Her dedication to disability advocacy took root during her time at a nonprofit organization that serves people with complex medical needs.
Attorney Foye began her career at boutique litigation firms in Chicago, where she focused on employment matters. She has advised employees and employers on issues involving disability accommodations, leave rights, and workplace discrimination and harassment, and has represented individuals, businesses, and municipalities in administrative hearings, bench, and jury trials.
She brings the same compassion and determination to her work representing families in special education matters. As a special education attorney, she advises and advocates for families in all aspects of special education disputes, including eligibility, IEP development, program and placement challenges, mediation, unilateral and out-of-district placements, hearings before the Bureau of Special Education Appeals, and settlement negotiations.
Attorney Foye is a graduate of Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and Brown University, where she graduated with honors.
